Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to services offered by Beth Ali for speaking engagements, seminars, group training, coaching, and related services.

Scheduling

Appointments and services are scheduled based on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 1 week notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 1 week notice may:

Be charged in full
Forfeit the session
Be ineligible for refund or rescheduling credit

No-Shows

If a client misses a scheduled appointment without notice, the session may be treated as a no-show and may be charged in full.

Editing and Project-Based Work

Coaching Packages

If sessions are purchased as a package:

Unused sessions must be used within 3 months unless otherwise stated
Refunds for partially used packages are offered only as stated in the agreement
Late cancellations may count as a used session

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in a written agreement, refunds are not guaranteed. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Emergency Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, make reasonable exceptions for emergencies, illness, or circumstances beyond a client’s control.
